Dr. Danielle Henry
Dr. Danielle Henry is the providing Audiologist and owner of Arkansas Professional Hearing Care. She obtained her Doctorate of Audiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in May 2016. Dr. Henry’s interest in hearing loss began at a young age, as she was exposed to the effects of a hearing impairment through a deaf childhood friend. This experience also allowed her to develop proficient sign language skills in order to better communicate with the Deaf community. As an Audiologist, Dr. Henry’s focus is to educate patients’ on their hearing abilities and provide personal and attentive care to ensure they receive the best experience and the ability to reconnect with the people they love to ensure a better quality of life. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, being with family and spending time with her daughters, Anistyn and Brooklyn, and husband, Tyler.
Dr. Erin Akers
Dr. Erin Akers is an audiologist at Arkansas Professional Hearing Care. She earned her doctorate in Audiology from Louisiana Tech University in May 2021. She has worked with Dr. Henry at APHC since June 2020 as she completed her residency for her Doctoral program. She earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arkansas in May 2016. Her focus includes comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid consultations, hearing aid fittings and adjustments, tinnitus treatment, and counseling. Dr. Akers has found a true love for helping the hearing impaired community and aims to provide the best care for each patient. Her passion is to educate her others about their hearing health needs. Dr. Akers grew up in Saline County and spent most summer weekends on Lake Ouachita. She enjoys wake surfing, boating, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband, Seth, family and friends.
Insurance and customer service specialist
Jamie Smith is the insurance and customer service specialist at Arkansas Professional Hearing Care. Jamie enjoys meeting and talking with all of the patients and having the opportunity to be a part of helping others hear better. Jamie was born and raised in Saline County. She is the mother of two daughters. In her free time, Jamie enjoys going camping, being on the lake, riding ATVs, playing with her two Schnoodles, Buddy and Miller, and spending time with family and friends.
Patient Care Coordinator
Regina Phillips is the Patient Care Coordinator at Arkansas Professional Hearing Care. She enjoys meeting the patients and is amazed to see the difference hearing aids make in their lives.
In July of 2018, Regina, her husband, Clif, & two sons, Colton & Caiden, moved to Saline County, where Clif grew up. In her free time, Regina enjoys gardening, photography, cooking, crafts, watching her boys play sports, hunting and just being outdoors exploring and spending that time with het husband.
